1. Welcome
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Goals Against (“the App”), operated by Goals Against Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Goals Against sends push notifications when football teams you have selected as “rivals” concede goals, receive red cards, or fail to win matches. We do not show live scores, real-time match data, or betting information.
3. Subscription & Payment
The App requires an active paid subscription to receive notifications. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the Settings screen — your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@goalsagainst.com within 14 days.
5. Account & Conduct
You must be 18 or older to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Data & Sources
Match data is supplied by third-party providers. We do our best to ensure notifications are accurate and timely, but we make no guarantees about availability, timing, or accuracy. Notifications may occasionally be delayed, missed, or incorrect.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@goalsagainst.com.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
